  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    • Urgent Source offers appointment-based rapid antigen COVID-19 testing only. Straightforward, efficient, and quick, making an appointment eliminates the long lines and the risk of having too many people in one place. Simply fill out the webform to get started with your testing now.
  • Does Urgent Source accept my insurance?
    • At this time, we do not accept insurance. Only cash or debit/credit card.
  • Does the sample collection hurt?
    • Not at all! Our samples are obtained with anterior nasal collection, meaning the swab is inserted less than one inch into the nostril. This collection process is much more comfortable than the nasopharyngeal collection used at other sites.
  • How will I find out my results?
    • You will receive results via e-mail and phone.
  • When should I arrive?
    • We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive late to your appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you.
